Manatee Bay Property Owners Association is a voluntary organization open to all property owners in the Manatee Bay subdivision in Saint James City, FL. Manatee Bay is an active, small, deed- restricted community located on a canal on Pine Island, Florida.

Our canal leads out to Manatee Bay and Matlacha Bay and is frequented by manatee, dolphin and a variety of other sea life. We have easy boating access to the Intracoastal Waterway, the Gulf of Mexico, the Caloosahatchee River and the beaches and restaurants on Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa State Park. We are close to the Great Calusa Blueway paddling trail and the 13.7 mile long Pine Island bike path.
